Kenneth Deiner

Chef Kenneth Deiner began his culinary journey at a young age, growing up in a family deeply rooted in the restaurant business since the early 1900s. Over the years, he has explored various styles of cuisine, but his true passion lies in crafting exquisite Italian dishes and highlighting locally sourced seafood. His career has taken him to renowned establishments such as Acceapello Ristorante and Pellegrino on Mulberry Street in New York City, as well as Crispino’s Ristorante in Staten Island. He has also served as the executive sous chef at the historic Old Homestead in New York City and worked at New York Prime in Boca Raton, Florida, among others.
With a commitment to honing his culinary skills, Chef Kenneth has ventured into owning and operating his own restaurants in Brooklyn, Staten Island, and throughout New Jersey. Together with his fellow chef and lifelong friend, he has now opened Amore Ristorante in Ocean County, where only the finest local fish, American lamb, veal, and prime, dry-aged steaks are dry-aged steaks are served. The restaurant offers a cozy, romantic atmosphere with exceptional service, where every dish is carefully crafted by the chefs themselves.
